CGE Adds Claudio Cisullo to Board of Directors

The Center for Global Enterprise (CGE), a private non-profit research institution devoted to the study of the contemporary corporation, today announced the appointment of Claudio Cisullo to its Board of Directors.

 

CC_lgMr. Cisullo is the owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CC Trust Group AG, a family office and consulting firm with head office in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. During his entrepreneurial career, he founded and established over 26 companies in different business segments globally.

 

Cisullo has deep experience serving on boards. From 2009 to 2011 he was a board member of the Sauber F1 team and from 2009 to 2012 he served as the Vice President of the board of Marquard Media AG. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Swisscom subsidiary Swisscom IT Services, Chairman of the UBS Industrialization Advisory Board and President of the Commercial Advisory Board of the Laureus Foundation of Switzerland etc.

 

Currently he is founder and Executive Chairman of Chain IQ Group, and member of the Board of Directors of Ringier AG, one of the Leading Media Group in Europe.
