Jesse Ryan is responsible for managing the Global Scholars community and developing virtual learning programs.
Previously, Jesse worked for Social Impact’s Global Health Professional and Organizational Development Program where she helped design and facilitate learning programs for USAID’s Global Health Bureau. Jesse has also worked at Compass, a nonprofit consulting firm, where she created marketing materials and contributed to a strategic growth plan. Jesse collaborates with Stone Soup Films to create short documentary films on DC-area nonprofit organizations. Jesse is an Associate of Mercator XXI, LLC.
Jesse has conducted an independent five-month case study examining entrepreneurship in the informal economy while traveling through India, Senegal, and Argentina studying urban development. Jesse has co-directed and produced two broadcasts that aired on PBS. Jesse holds a BA in Policy Studies with a concentration in Urban Policy from Lafayette College.
